1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how URBT Corporation ("URBT," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit prayerboxhusband.com (the "Site") or purchase The Prayer Box Husband (the "Book"). It also includes our Accessibility Statement, describing our commitment to making this Site usable by people with disabilities.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

• Contact and signup information: name and email address when you fill out a form on the Site (for example, to receive updates or a free chapter).
• Order information: when you purchase the Book, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive limited order details from Stripe, such as your name, email address, shipping address, and order confirmation. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.
• Correspondence: any information you include when you email us directly.

Information collected automatically

• Cookies and similar technologies: used to keep the Site functioning correctly and, where enabled, to understand how visitors use the Site.
• Usage and analytics data: such as pages viewed, time on page, referring site, browser type, device type, and approximate location (derived from IP address), collected through analytics tools described in Section 5.

Information we do not collect

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, financial account or payment card numbers, precise geolocation, health information, or other sensitive personal information. Payment card data is collected and processed directly by Stripe and never reaches our systems.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use them for:

• Essential cookies: required for basic Site functionality, such as loading pages correctly and processing checkout through Stripe.
• Analytics cookies: help us understand aggregate visitor behavior (for example, through Google Analytics) so we can improve the Site.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 14. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information, as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act:

• Identifiers: name, email address, mailing address (for order fulfillment)
• Commercial information: records of products purchased and order history
• Internet or network activity: pages viewed, time on Site, referring source, interaction with the Site
• Geolocation data (approximate): general location inferred from IP address
• Inferences: none drawn beyond basic analytics reporting

We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial account credentials, precise geolocation, health information, or other sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and we have no plans to do so.

Sources of this information are: directly from you (forms, orders, correspondence) and automatically through your use of the Site (cookies, analytics).

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. Because we do not sell or share personal information, a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link is not applicable to this Site. If that changes, we will update this Policy and add the required opt-out mechanism.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out preference request where required by applicable law.

California residents have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
• Request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not currently engage in either)
• Limit use of sensitive personal information (not applicable, as we do not collect it)

Under California's "Shine the Light" law, California residents may request information once per year about disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

9a. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to those described above, including the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, or certain profiling. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising as those terms are defined under these laws. To exercise applicable rights, contact us using the details in Section 14, and we will process your request under the law of your state of residence.

9b. Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting. Because there is no common industry standard for interpreting DNT signals, this Site does not currently respond to browser DNT signals. We do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as described in Section 9.

9c. Security Incident Notification

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected individuals and any required regulators in accordance with applicable law, without unreasonable delay.
