1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of prayerboxhusband.com (the "Site") and your purchase of The Prayer Box Husband (the "Book"), operated by URBT Corporation ("URBT," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on this Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice, provided that the price charged at the time of your order will be the price displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card number.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of inventory. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, you will receive a full refund.

Orders placed during a pre-order period are fulfilled on or around the Book's release date. Estimated ship dates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping

Shipping charges, where applicable, are disclosed at checkout prior to payment. Risk of loss and title to the Book pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or events outside our reasonable control.

5. Money-Back Guarantee & Returns

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on the Book. If you are not satisfied, simply return the Book within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Any bonuses included with your order are yours to keep. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the Book arrived damaged or defective, in which case contact us first using the details in Section 15.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time after we confirm the returned item.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site, the Book, and all associated text, graphics, logos, images, and other content are owned by URBT Corporation or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing the Book grants you a personal, non-transferable license to read it for your own use. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Book or Site content without our prior written permission, except for brief quotations used in accordance with fair use.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, including through automated scraping not authorized by us
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent order or account information

8. Disclaimers & No Professional Advice

Any references to income, wealth, business outcomes, or results in the Book or on the Site, including the authors' own experience, are individual results and are not guarantees or projections of what any reader will achieve. Financial and business outcomes depend on many factors specific to each individual, and past results do not guarantee future performance.

THE SITE AND THE BOOK ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, URBT CORPORATION AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AUTHORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE BOOK, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE BOOK.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless URBT Corporation, its officers, employees, and authors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services, including Stripe for payment processing. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.

Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at the email address in Section 15 so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and URBT Corporation regarding the Site and the Book.
